Calcium Reactor recirculating pump

Wanted to know how large of pump I need to install on my calcium reactor to have a proper turnover rate? I am referring to the pump that re-circulates water through the media inside the calcium reactor.
Basically my calcium reactor is 6" diameter and 30" tall, what gallons per hour pump do I need to install to have a proper turnover rate?
Is more turnover better or worse?... any experts please chime in.

Thanks

I use a PanWorld 40PX for a similar sized rubble container and get around 175 net GPH. More than enough.

I was going to go with Pan World 10PX.
Now I do not know what to do. What is the required GPH circulation for such a size Calcium reactor?
Also do you find your Pan World 40PX pump loud or does it get hot to the touch?

I think a 10 may be on the small size but a BL20/PW40 would be right on.

Personally I would go with an Eheim 1260. I've run eheims on many reactors and they hold up exceptionally well.
