New Queen Angel
Well, back in late Dec had a tank disaster, had a Grey Angel in QT for 3 days, the tank (which had been in my AZ garage for 2+ years) popped a major leak, I panicked and put the fish in the DT. All seemed well, we went out of town for a few days, and the timer on the lights went out, thus the lights were on for a few days straight, had a major crypt outbreak, I think the lights really stressed them out making it much worse, I would think the Grey Angel brought the ick with him. I lost my 8 inch Male Crosshatch, my 7 inch King Angel, and 6 inch Emperor, and small Asfur. I pulled 90% of the rock and ran 7 weeks of Hypo, and bought a new 55 QT. I added the French and Blueface last week after 3 weeks of QT, and got the Queen in QT. The French and Blueface were from Divers Den, the Queen just from Live Aquaria. I hoped to add the Damsals to the DT, just to add some "small color", but they came in a little small, may be in the QT for a while.
The Queen is about 5 inches with the streamers, the other 2 are about 3 inches...The French Angel is amazing, I've never seen a fish so small make itself at home so quickly! The Blueface is doing well too, but not near as bold as the French. Not my best video ever, sorry for the kids watching Spongebob in the other room.

Great looking fish, I love queens!
Just curious was your tank acrylic or glass, and how old was the tank?

The tank is 4.5 years old, It is acrylic, built by now out of business T enecor. My wife and I are starting on a new custom home, which will have have 2 large in wall tanks, these guys will likely go into a 600 gallon FOWLR, the other tank will be a slightly smaller reef. Should be fun.

I will get a quote from Fish Tanks Direct, but I would have to imagine we will go with ATM, I've talked to Brett Raymer a few times already, I'm patiently awaiting an overdue quote from him, his "TV stardom" is making him a slacker. Haha. We don't mind spending a little more as it will be lumped into the cost of the build, thus just rolling into the mortgage.

my LFS had used ATM for a frag-like tank. it was suppose to be 72x?x14" but ATM built it 75". They had already built this fancy stand for the tank to be seated right in, but at 75", it was too big. So they had to end up laying a piece of wood underneath and the tank sat over the entire stand. They also screwed up on the center overflow. I think my LFS had to drill his own holes, I forgot exactly what ATM did/didnt do.
The tank is 1" and it bows a lot. The only bracing it has is the triangles in the corners though. It was $2800 and the LFS was not every happy with the outcome of the tank. He complained about the bubble around the edges too. With that said, I've also seen some really nice tanks by ATM on the Large Reef Section.

love your tank, love the queen - love the sohal too. Looks really clean for a FOWLR - I assume you don't have any CUC?

I had a couple of REALLY big Zebra Snails that had been in there for 4 years, but after the hypo treatment, I decided to drop the SG to 1.020. I moved them to my nano for the time being, they are so big, they look silly in there, I may give them to someone with a bigger tank.

Nice Queen and tank overall! It is amazing how intelligent they are at recognizing the owner. When my neighbors come over my Queen hides until either my wife or I coax it out.

At almost 2 weeks now, the Queen really has fantastic personality. Constantly looking for me, always hunger, really reminds me of the Passer I had. I waited a while, but treated with Prazipro yesterday.
