Orange carnation coral( looks to be closed right now). It is a non-photosynthetic and requires large amount of food. You would probably need to constantly drip appropriate food to the water for it to get enough food. Unless you are experienced with non-photosynthetic corals (NPC) and have a tank that has very good nutrient control, it is very hard to keep alive. Main issues are either starvation or death due to deteriorating water quality resulting from feeding requirement.

I dont know you tank size but they generally do best large tanks with fuges that have good flow to carry "food" to them.

They also need to be kept under dim conditions, like under a ledge, or algae can overrun their tissue.

While looking at it again, it might also be a Scleronephthya coral (silk coral or silk tree coral). Care is same with carnation coral given above.
