I would not add any damsels, they turn into terrors and are next to impossible to catch in a large tank. I had a back and white and 2 blue damsels in a 300 and had to remove 80% of the rock to catch them.

Damsels are the most aggressive fish per oz in the world. I had 2 black/whites and they were a terror. Although hardy and a great starter fish, they are impossible to remove. So, if you do decide to add them and they start to torture your 25 fish, it's going to be a pain to remove them! This is speaking for the black/whites but I'm pretty sure most have similar charcterstics
