pacific sun question?

Does anyone know what happened to the Pacific Sun forum - I was looking at purchasing some of their products, but, it seems like this forum was the best avenue for support - thanks

I think we are out of luck for the moment. PacSun stopped sponsoring RC for the time being and they are changing up their US distribution. Your best bet is to email the EU office directly.

That is disappointing ... I sent them an email a few days ago with some questions but I haven't received a reply - perhaps it is a blessing I didn't buy their product

Im sorry to hear that you didnt get reply but probably you have sent it to our USA Distributor(all mails sent to our main office/factory are replied withing few hours(at least - 24h - even on weekends)
Fact that we aren't active sponsor of RC ACTUALLY dont mean that we dont care about our Customers (worldwide) or our support team is not working ;-).
As you know we are European based company and there are many popular brands/manufacturers which are not active RC sponsors - but they are represented by USA Reseller.
Actually we change some of points and sale politic in North America and Im sure that in close time we will back on RC pages.
I can only say "sorry" in case that after 5 years of being active sponsor of RC(it's not for free) our forum, where we posted a lot of manuals and support threads - simply "dissapear".
I regret for this fact but I can't do anything more now.
If you have any questions - simply contact with us directly, we do our best to give you all needed informations.

Thank you for the reply - I appreciate you taking the time to reply and I apologize if my posts were insensitive - I can certainly understand your frustration. You are correct sir that I did email the US email address as that is what I found on your site ... could you pm the best email to ask questions to? I love your products and I would love to work through some of my concerns - have a great day.
