Bruise? Sting?

Does anyone know what this may be? 3 year old clownfish. This spot that resembles a bruise appeared today and I’m stumped on what it could be.

Large clams are not safe with clownfish. Clowns can get injured when a clam shuts close with a clown inside. I bet you that is what happened.
