RKE V2 programing

Does the firmware allow you to set the RKE V2 from your computer?
and
Can you do it using a BUS cable or do you need a USB cable?

Yes, you can use myReef to program off your PC, it attaches to the PC with a USB-->Bus cable adapter, the SID2
