Trying to decide what to do with the middle section of the sump? It's probably around 80 gallons which is pretty large.

Worth it to do a refugium?

Fill it with rock and keep it dark?

Do a big chaeto ball with a 150W high pressure sodium lamp. It grows like made and takes in a lot of nutrients.

Made some progress with the wall around the tank. The wall will feature 'barn wood' like panels rather than drywall.

Looking good man. Did you do the spray foam yourself?

Major Tank Update

It's been a while since my last update. There were some hiccups a long the way with the basement renovations. Also had a minor tank crash where i lost most of my sps and fish I've had forever only reason I can think of what happened was the addition of a biopellet which dramatically reduced oxygen level of the tank.

However, tank has made a comeback and is getting back to stable conditions.

Floating stair case was installed.

Cyano

Having a major Cyano outbreak...

Considering:
1) Turning lights off for 2 days
2) Dosing Cyano Clean Daily

http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/korall...ano-clean.html

Has anyone ever had any success using this product?

3) Dosing Biodigest
