New Red Dragon High Pressure leaking

I did call support, and I thought I wrote the support person email down correctly and did not. So I thought I would post my issue here also, and did send an email to support also.

The Pump is leaking between the grey and black casing. (Pump is being used externally)

Below are the pictures, since it external not sure what I can do.

The Support person asked me to tighten the screws and I did a little but it still leaking.

The Red Box is where I see the water coming from. It a small leak when the pump is off and then becomes steady once the pump is on.

The 3 Screws that I was asked to make sure were snug are.
