Lightbulb Kessil A350 Unboxing and Installation

One of our staffers decided to upgrade his ATI T5 lighting with two Kessil A350 LED lights. If this is a light you are considering, you may want to check out this post on our blog.

Here are a few images from his blog post:

What's included: Kessil A350, Power Supply, Power Cord, Extension Cable, and Quick Guide Instructions. The power cord measured 18 feet with my tape measure, probably 20 feet if completely straight. Very impressive!

Reflectors are covered to protect from splashes and moisture.

I used conduit pipe to mount my Kessils. Two bends were made to the conduit, then it was spray painted black to match the units. The whole thing turned out great.

LOL, yeah there some definite perks to being an MD staffer! We test new equipment here in the office as well, but the real trials come from what our staff takes home and tries with their own aquariums. We want to be knowledgeable about the products we sell so we can help hobbyists choose the right products to properly care for their wet pets.
