Ok I think I got it.
It still wouldn't work but then I saw that the top right of my mac's nav bar near the time/date had an Ecotech logo for the connection manager so I pulled that down and saw the option to log in. Logged in there and it worked. Now it would finally let me run the firmware update. But I had to go through the device wizard in order for the firmware update to work.

All 4 radions are updated and they all showed up as unassigned devices, but then when I dragged them to a group, the last two remained grayed out, unable to be named or anything. When refreshing, only the first two remain. The second two are completely gone. When trying to refresh devices, it searches for a while and then i get a connection error.
Anyone else have issues with more than two radions?

I tried all that too. What i ended up having to do is dragging them back out and then back in a couple times. Finally got all 4 to not be grayed out.
Was able to get them programed but it looks like I'm now having an issue with the graph saving within Ecosmart Live. I had to configure my graph several times because it kept reverting back to the original one. Since I didn't see a "save" option I went ahead and exported my new graph. The next time it reverted back I tried to import it and kept getting an error.

What I can't get to save/program is a different start day and start night time. Anyone else having a problem? I tried double clicking these dots on the graph and changing the time in the pop-up window, and I tried changing the times at the bottom of the main window and neither seems to hold. It keeps reverting back to 5am and 6pm.

it is in "beta testing". You can only use it by invitation only at the moment. I can't wait to give it a run!

Really? Have you read the comments in this thread? I haven't seen a positive response yet. Redownloads/ missing lights/ lights coming on by themselves doesn't make me want to try it out. IIRC, this happened with the last firmware update as well.

I have it working on a macbook pro and win 7. I was able to group two sets of radions and update them. I did find some bugs and sent them to the bug team.

Yes, I was able to:
Set up two groups. Set up two different graphs and get them to program the correct groups. I did have some issues with playback doing the wrong group. It is a beta, they will work out the kinks.

You should call Ecotech. They will help you. Or send the beta team an email.
But I would say. Reinstall the firmware to each devices and delete the groups and redo the groups again.

I had to go back to the PC software.
Not being able to get custom start day/night times is a deal breaker for me. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Hi Beta Testers,
First of all, I'd like to thank all of you for your support and continued discussion among each other, and assisting us in further development of the EcoSmart Live Platform. We have been closely monitoring this thread, and encourage you to keep the discussion going. There are several improvements being made, and as time progresses, we will continue to grow our list of testers. If you haven't received an e-mail invite, that doesn't mean that you won't get one in the near future. If anyone is experiencing difficulties with the BETA software or has a suggestion(s) in regards to future development, we encourage you to use the "Contact Us" link on the EcoSmart Live webpage. For instructions on how to do so, click here.

Silence...total silence....
Either the software is so good that everyone is too busy using it, or it is full of bugs and has major issues. Which is it????
