Triton sump for my new build

Hi, I am planning my 220 gallon build and want to go with a triton sump. What sump is everyone running? What sump size will be adequate? I have been looking at trigger system, synergy reef ts44, and Bashsea smart series. The trigger system is the most economical but may be a little small on a 220. The synergy reef is by far the coolest but it also very pricey. And the Bashsea is right in the middle. Or should I just stick with my crystal reef stealth I have now and not do a fuge? What do you think?
