Trouble with Bubble coral
Hello!
Tank is a 29gal biocube established in Jan. Running chemipure elite, filter floss, refugium in back. Upgraded lights to ai prime hd. Bought a bubble coral a little over a week ago and it has been very happy since. Yesterday it started looking ****ED. I don't want to do too much to stress it out more. Ammonia and nitrite undetectable, ph 7.8, nitrates 10ppm (did a water change after taking tests). I don't spot feed it. It gets what the tank gets. I haven't seen the clowns or midas bothering it or any cuc. Everything else in the tank seems happy including a gold torch. Any ideas? Thanks! Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk |

The link below might help.
https://www.advancedaquarist.com/2010/4/corals/view Being that everything else in the tank looks great though it might just be in a bad mood. Corals can be very temperamental sometimes. How does it look now? (3 hours later) |

Mine does that at night or sometimes in the day. Bubbles should be in area of low flow. When it gets too much, it scrunches up. At night it looks like they with Feelers out Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I agree, try SLOWLY bringing up PH to 8.2. You can drip small amounts of Kalkwasser to do so.
