Question neptune sv-1 solenoid valve stuck in open position

has anyone else had this happen with the neptune solenoid valves? it has been working fine for 6-8 months and then i was wondering why my top off container was always full. i thought maybe my ATO had stopped but it was working fine. the solenoid that is meant to fill the top off container when it gets too low is stuck in the open position and is just constantly refilling the top off container whenever the top off runs. does this mean it is dead or is there a way to fix it?

Email Neptune and ask for an RMA to send it back to them. It’s probably still under warranty. I’ve had three so far get stuck open like that.
