Hey man! Thanks for checking in. The tank is plugging away steadily.

I've transitioned from frozen food to PE Pellets in an autofeeder. I've also transitioned away from amino acids and have been dosing KNO3 on an autodoser instead for the past 3 weeks. Interestingly, the KNO3 is doing more for colors/growth than both the Red Sea Energy and Acropower.

The tank is mostly on autopilot now. I clean the glass once a week, fill up the ATO weekly, and empty the skimmer cut every 2 weeks. That's basically all I do to the tank manually nowdays.

So, with your kno3 dosing, what is your target no3 level you are trying maintain?

I'm looking to maintain approximately 5-10ppm nitrates. I'm currently up to dosing 2ppm daily, but my nitrates still read at 0

Well the homewrecker is turning out to be a decently pretty piece.

Under actinics, it's stunning:

Under room, ambient lighting, the pinks are still visible!

Thanks man! Thanks for dropping by as well.

Here are some other acropora that are thriving in my tank. Seems like tenius thrive, while millepora slowly wither away in my tank.

Here's a maricultured tenius that has been thriving in my tank for the past 4 months.

This one is developing pink fluorescence under actinic lighting in some of the axial corallites. The pinks started about 2-3 weeks ago and are becoming more pronounced with time. No idea as to what the identity of the piece is though.

Here is another unknown nugget

That is some great stuff, my tank just hit the 5 month mark and is getting to the point where things are growing, now I need to get my acro's to color up. I'm hoping to upgrade to either a elos 70 or 100 in the near future as I'm going to run out of space fast

Why yes it is.

That's what I hear!

The colors on the homewrecker improve weekly. It seems to have hit stride in my tank.

My Red Planet has recovered quite well since last November.

The tank, overall, is slowly filling up!

Yeah! It's still alive. Man, it's been a while since I updated this thread. A lot has changed in regards to my tank. It nearly crashed went I went on vacation in May, and I came home to a ton of STNing corals.

We moved houses shortly afterwards, and I had the opportunity the change the system up and integrate a frag/grow out tank into my system.
