No, With P4 they have deported the management of the web server, mail and communication on an external card with very few storage/memory (ESP8266) which seems almost full with the current code, for example the implementation of sending direct mail in SSL was not possible because SSL certificates taking up too much space.

No. Last i checked the p4 did not contain a webserver, Matthias said it would be added in the future, but i dont know if they have done that yet.
