Montipora

Got this decent size monti, it's my 1st sps.
How do I know it's OK? How quickly will it grow if its happy? Sorry I don't know much. I have attached pics of it including zoomed in, can you take a glance and give your opinion please?

It doesn’t looks super happy dude, can I ask a few questions:

Parameters (cal/alk/mag/p04)?
What are you using for lighting (doesn’t look overly bright)?
What are you using for flow?
How old is the system?

Your birds nest looks a little bleached too. This is usually for too much light/low flow or too low nutrients.

The colour looks washed out, should be a much deeper colour.
May be bleaching.

Have recently changed one of my lights. I use 3 54w t5 bulbs, 2 blue 1 50/50 blue and white. The 4th bulb is a blue led light strip designed to fit in existing t5 fitting. Pics below show montipora and birds nest under full lights and just blue bulb and blue led strip light. As I have never had sps before I have no reference point. The birds nest was white when I got it, apparently owner couldn't find a good spot, it does seem to be getting colour back, hints are beginning to show. I have no idea about the monti though. All my lps seem to be doing quite nicely.
