Hey Jesse, attached, are a few photos to show how I adapted the Aquaticlife fixture to accommodate my GHL Mitras, thanks to your help.

Hey Jesse, slow is fine, you just ignore all the turd birds. My trail name is SAS. I thought my husband and kids gave a cute sassy name. Then I found it means slow and steady, or slow and stop depending on the trail elevation changes. Sometimes I hate them.

All my builds are slow. I've spent a lot of time thinking about it. This one will be my last so a lot of attention to detail is working it's way into it. It's in my living room so it must be a work of art. At 61 it must also be easy to deal with. Even now, after thinking about the lighting for like ever, I'm still coming up with little changes.

Ok, so this is where the stand started.

The exterior is done.

Time to do the inside.

So, the tank backround. Has to be adhered to the tank to prevent reflections when filled. First tried 3M adhesive, posed to be clear, but their perspective of clear and mine seemed to be very different. Ended up using a pro clear wallpaper paste.

Wow! I can't wait to see how that background is going to look after you aquascape. It certainly appears that it will provide the false sense of depth.

Woah... that turned out cool!

But now you MUST keep that back glass free of coralline!

Wow, that's really cool Jesse! Are you going to aquascape so you have room behind the rocks to scrape the coraline from the back glass?

That's what I was going for. I may have figured out something else for later also.

After seeing your background I ordered another for mine Jesse, I don't think that one would work in mine as it is too shallow...
Gonna try this one...

I do not want to rain on your parade or put a damper but what if the background is exactly what it is and if the fish was suddenly frightened and headed toward the background fast , it might get itself hurt hitting the glass hard .

Looks awesome. Can you seal the edges so you don't get salt creep between the glass and background?
