Arrow FS: Lots of Live Sand and Lots of Live Rock and some PFO 400 watt ballasts

I'm breaking down my 600 and its time to sell off the sand and rock. The sand is Carib Sea sugar grain size sand. The sand is booming with life. Pods, brittle stars, spaghetti worms and of course plenty of beneficial bacteria. There's about 1200 pounds to get rid. With this much sand to get rid of, I will sell no less than 20 pounds at a time. Also, you will need to provide your own buckets. Pick up is in Crystal Lake, 60014. Here's the pricing:

20-50 pounds = $1.50 per pound

51+ pounds = $1.00 per pound

Here's a couple pics of some I put in a 25 gallon:

I'm also selling a lot of live rock. All rock is fully cured and also packed with life. Same critters as the sand with coraline, a bunch of sponge and possibly some other corals. There's about 8-10 BIG pieces of rock that weigh 20-40 pounds each. Then there's maybe 100-200 pounds of rock from baseball size up to football size.

Most rock is $4 per pound. There is maybe 40-50 pounds that doesn't have coraline on it that I am selling for $3 per pound.

Here's some pics of the rock:

The rocks in the 1st 4 pics are in a tub that measures: 21" x 16" x 9" tall. Just to give you an idea. Pick up is in Crystal Lake, 60014.

I also have a few "almost new" metal halide ballasts. ALL are PFO 400 watters. Here's the pricing:

single HQI = $125

dual non-HQI = $200

dual HQI = $250

Here's a pic:

Pick up is in Crystal Lake, 60014.

Bienxanh101 - Thanks! I'm sure we can knock off a little. How much were you thinking?

Butt Fish - No.. I only run surges.

ArchiReef - Thanks! You should see them in person. Every rock has a great shape and most are surprisingly light. PM me and we can figure something out.

If you decide to part out the ballasts I'd be interested in some of the wire nuts.

Sand is $1 per lb. up to 100 lbs. After that, its $0.75.
I'm not gonna give it away, but I'll try to discount larger quantities. There's just WAAAAAY too much life to it to sell it for much cheaper, even though it is "used" sand..

I left a voicemail. The only reflector I have left for sale is a mini-lumenarc for $50. The carpet stays..

I have a plan.
Can you save as many small medium size pieces that have macro, etc. on them for me?
I would also like to take a look at a couple of the big pieces. What's your Saturday look like?
