Water movement in a jbj 28 nano ?
I have a jbj 28 nanocube, my rock is in a horse-shoe shape foot print, it goes about half way up my tank " height wise. there is a 1.5" gap all the way around it where it is close to the glass. so I can clean the class with my magnet cleaner. I run the overflows full bore 24/7 pointed slightly downward and was thinking about adding a hydor powerhead for good water flow. iam set on hydor , so the question is do I get a nano 420 or a nano 565? and what would be the best place to put it and direction to aim it?

Swap the return pump for a MJ1200 and get a Tunze Nanostream 6040. You will have great flow that is controllable

ended up going with a Hydor nano 425, $24 off ebay brand new in the box. I have really good flow all over my tank now. Not to powerful just enough. I would say I have moderate to light flow all over the tank.
