LED shock

After switching from T5 to LED (Maxspect Razor) most of my soft corals turned pale. I assume I gave them not enough acclimatisation time. I tuned down the LED's which resulted in no losses. However, will the corals resume their original color?

They might be shocked because of the rapid par change as t5 bulbs are a lot more powerful than most LEDs they will eventually return to there normal state tho

You have that backwards, LED put out more par. They are also focused and not diffused like T5 so it can be a harsh change if not done gradually.

They might even color up even better after they are acclimated to your new lighting. Good luck
