Air Water and Ice 5 Stage Help

I just changed out all of the filters and RO membrane on my RO/DI system. Now all of the water is coming out of the drain side of the system. Only a drip is coming out of the DI side. I opened up the RO membrane canister to make sure it is seated properly and it appeared to be. I thought the fast flush might be the reason why. But the fast flush valve is closed. The RO Only valve is closed, and the DI By Pass valve is closed. Of the 2 90 degree bends leaving the RO membrane it's only coming out of the drain side of the membrane. I took the bend off of the RO Membrane canister side to the DI section and blew air through it, it was just fine. Help.

Did you install the membrane backwards?
The end with the 2 orings goes in first..
