60' Long RO/DI Run Questions

I want to run the line from my RO/DI unit about 60' on the same floor. Is this something I can do with the standard 1/4" tubing, or should I upgrade to 3/8" tubing? I am also thinking about lengthening the waste water tubing to about 30'.

I run mine about 30ft from one side of my garage to the other. It goes up the the ceiling and follows that contour around the garage to the water station using 1/4" tube. No problems yet....
