Jebao DCP-5000 Controller Help

To sum up the problem I'm having, the buttons to the controller are not working it's only about three months old and I can't adjust the speed or pause to feed now. If anyone knows of a way to fix this that'd be great.

Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in again..
Have you opened the controller to see if maybe a ribbon cable from the keypad has become disconnected?
I'm not sure if this controller has a keypad or just mechanical switches protruding through..

It was just mechanical switches and everything looked good to me. So I did some digging in the manual and my father must have locked the controller while I was on vacation. All I did was hold the pause button down and the controller unlocked. Thanks for the reply

I had the same problem. I had it locked and did not realize it. Search how to lock and unlock.
