I have sent you two emails through your website recently but have not received a reply. Did you put me on your DNA (Do Not Answer) List? LOL

I agree that a lil' patience might be warranted. I've had very prompt response whenever I've attempted to contact them. It could be a glitch in their email system, you somehow ended up trapped in their spam filter, or any number of other reasons. Have you attempted to call them? In the past, I've called them, left a message, and received a return call within about 20 minutes.
