switching to Probiotic salt
Hey guys,
Just made a decision to try out prebiotic salt. I currently use NSW, but since people are having amazing success with this and i hate driving to my store to get water..... well i jumped on the bandwagon. Anyways can you gurus help me out and guide me to what im going to be needing. Or if the salt can be used by it self. I also use components 123 from Aquaforest , but besides that nothing else. Thanks |

Correction, im dosing 12 ml of 123 a day. I started with 25ml and it took it maintained my alk at 8.9. So i cut the dose by half see if it drops. My tank does not consume much alk at all.

Nice looking tank! (just wanted to pop in and say that!)
We are pretty much in the same boat, I will be following the recommendations you just received.

Actually one question, I hope you don't mind me asking in your thread rather than start a new on..
Why no recommendation for Pro Bio S and NP Pro? Is that because the Probiotic Salt already contains what's needed there?
