Coral Placement?
Ok I got my first batch from WWC.. I received Garf Bonsai Acco; Grafted Monti; Golden Pavona; Ultron Favia; Aoi Zoas..
Care for them a well.. Attaching them I am guessing Superglue. I think these are SPS and should be placed on top: Garf Bonsai Acco; Golden Pavona;Grafted Monti LPS Ultron Favia and of course AOI Zoas... I think these all should be on top with high flow except the Favia, correct? |

Depends on your tank setup & the lighting you have..............
Its always best to acclimate even SPS at low to mid tank for a week or longer watching the reaction especially if they are shipped corals, then move the corals up if they aren't bleaching out or reacting unusual. I never start at the top ever with anything till its accustomed to my lighting, better to be a tad on the low lighting side then to freak out corals that have been in the dark for days................. quite a shocker.

Like mentioned above start it low and then move it up as needed. Be patient though, sometimes these sps corals need time to adapt, no matter where they are placed. On a side note; this is all under the assumption your parameters and lighting are "up to par" so to say too. GL.
