DC8 hookup?
I want to add another "power-bar" I have another one with the phone jack plugs - does it have to be a neptune power-bar to communicate?

The images look like an electrical bus strip that has a phone static arrestor (to protect computer modems); it isn't something that will be controllable by any Neptune controller.
