Micro-Snails.... Can anyone ID?

Any idea as to what type of "micro-snails" these are? They are about the size of a BB and are white with light brown stripes. I have a ton of these in my tank and am curious as to whether or not they are harmful?

Thanks in advance!

I had a ton of them in my old 75, I never noticed any problems.

Yep, Collonista. They're full grown and great grazers.
