Vectra m1 flashing red and will not power on.

My m1 is dead and will not power on. It will only flash red. Hopefully I can get some weekend help. I have tried a reset and it will not work. It just stays flashing red. I have removed the pump and cleaned it to make sure it had no debris in it. It moves freely and mechanically is sound. I have powered off the unit and it still flashes red when I connect the power again?

Any help is appreciated. Sounds like I need to go get a new Main pump in the am.

Swapped power supply from mp40 and determined power supply was dead after 2 years of use?
