Any ideas on how to move an anemone?

I've got some live rock with a bubble tip stuck to the bottom. It's very lazy though has recently moved for the first time to the underside of the rock when I tried to introduce another anemone. The rock has some pulsing xenia on top and a toadstool, otherwise I'd just tip it over.
I can't really take it out of the water and dangle it in because of the corals on top, but because it's so lazy I doubt it will move again. It's sustained all the conditions I've put it through to get it to move so far.

Try increasing the flow of water movement around the anemone.

Try putting some ice in a ziploc bag(make sure to get air out of the bag), put it on the foot of the nem. It will come off.
