120 reef in a 3rd floor condo

So i had a 90g in my CONDO before. Due to the decision we were going to move, I took it down. Well looks like things changed and we wont be moving for a while. I want to setup a 120g now in my dining room. We are going to replace the carpets my concerns is should i go with until and whats the best option. Second concern is Im on the third floor of what i believe to be a concrete floor condominium. Will weight be a issue? I dont know what this type of flooring or structure is called? I have attached pictures of the ceiling from a lower unit so You can get the idea. Is there any way to prevent a catastrophe ?

The best thing you can do is have structural engineer take a look at it for you.

I have a 120 in a 3rd floor condo built in 2001 with concrete subfloor. No issues here, but it is against an outside wall.
