There is a place called "A Lot of Fish" in I believe West Islip on Montauk highway about 2 miles west of Fishy Inc. They had a lot of good stuff, and reef stuff too. I picked up two fish from them today.

Here is the info:

A Lot of Fish Inc
262 E Main St, Babylon, NY 11702
(631) 321-6862

My brother just picked up a 12" Golden Knife for $40, and the guy packaged it in a huge bag with a ton of water, and then put it into a large styrofoam cooler with a lid. This guy really seems top notch, please check him out if you get the chance.

Does anyone know of a fish store / warehouse in Farmingdale on marine street? I have been advised that this place is excellent, but I don't know anything about it and couldn't find any info here.

For what I remember, it is 1 of the wholesale place that sell fish & corals to stores. This came from a guy that I used to buy corals out of his house.

Wrong info.

That closed one is Animal Tailz, not Mega Pets.

Yes, Brian's Aquarium - He has mostly FW, but a few SW fish. He does pick his fish personally from his supplier, just doesn't have many. Prices are OK. Recently started carrying a few softies and shrimp in two tanks. They also have reptiles, birds, etctera.

Three cheers for Larry!!!

I think we did the club a disservice by not making him a BOD member. (whether he wanted to be or not )

I think it's a good idea. Any chance you can edit the original post to contain some of the LFS's posted further done, that way there is a complete list?
