Never seen those black duncans before. Doubt something that rare would show up on reeftrader, but if it did I will be racing to get it

The only thing that this swap is doing for me is making me realize how much more I need to upgrade my little 75g. A ton of stuff I already reserved with a ton of things I would still love to have and they keep on coming, but very little room left in the tank

Glad I bothered to re-aquascape last weekend and get a couple new pieces of hardware installed. Should be ready for a lot of frags by 2/20!
Looking forward to it |

Hey guys several of us coming in from the Pittsburgh area for the swap - wondering about how to keep the Frags I get alive and well on the ride home ,etc.
Anybody have a good way of doing this? Some say: keep in bag you get the frag in and do NOT remove until ready to put into tank at home - obviously being aware of temp the bags are kept at for the ride home such as a Styrofoam cooler, float bag when arriving at home and acclimate accordingly. Other say to prepare some type of holding tank with water from your system to travel in using some type of power source ( inverter or battery) in the vehicle and take the frags out of the bags immediately and put them into the holding tank that has decent water movement, some type of light, and temp regulation for ride back. Then acclimation into the home tank is much easier. Any opinions?? Also, any opinions on "dips" for frags before putting them into your display tank. Yes/NO . What brand? |
