I can't even get that far, I can not get the software loaded on my new computer. I did manually adjust the clock on the light so it is correct now. The light is holding what is programed. I can not do anything from my computer,

Are you using a Mac? The vertex desktop won't work with either El Capitan or Sierra.

Does the royal blue channel not show up? or does it just not light up on the pads?

Make sure that they are on different channels unless you are operating them as master and slave. Other than that, try a factory reset.

Try updating/reinstalling v-link firmware.
I believe the desktop software is not operational with Windows 10.

Hi i'm new to the vertex illuminia club and have just got a 1200mm 260. I have 3 additional mixed pucks and 2 UV. Do any of you have a setup file I could have which could be used as a template?

Thanks

I have a SR260 that I just began using a few months ago. It was still in the box when Hurricane Sandy destroyed my old tank. It took me this long to get things started again. I am looking to purchase vertex illumina auxiliary modules. where can I buy these? I feel like I woke up from a four year coma when it comes to reefing.

Couple of questions hopefully someone will here will know. It appears one of my standard Blue/White pads went out on my 3ft SR360.

#1 Are the pads the same on the SR260 as the SR360? Aside from the power output, I really don't know the difference. Is it a viable option?

#2Does anyone have an extra they'd sell? PM me if you do!
