So a huge part of this build was redoing the master bedroom. That got underway yesterday, we got three walls done and the new flooring laid. I decided to build the rock scape in the tank so there hasn't been much progress there because we have to finish the room first. I'll have some before and after pictures of it when it's done. Also yesterday I received my RODI system, everything except the booster pump which I'm waiting on BRS to get back into stock.

The build is a little stalled until we finish the room redo but I thought I'd share a little bit. I got the RODI system up and running and making water for the 34. Plus I picked up a couple of frags up last weekend.

Sorry it's been a while since I've updated this post, tank is still not wet. I did some work on the stand area and we have made more progress on the bedroom. I have all my rock covering my table and have been working on it but get frustrated with making the scape. I have a friend who loves to scape and took some of my rock to make a structure for my tank. Cant wait to see what he comes up with.

Starting to get somewhere with the rock scape. It will take a few more days, I'm going 24 hours between layers and cement sessions. Hopefully it looks good in the end.

couple of updates, first in the bedroom. Should have the tank back in the room tonight. We have some final touches to do but here is a shot of the new floors, paint color and the fake brick.

Second, here is some of the rock work. My buddy sent me some pics of his, he's almost done, just wants to reinforce some of it. Also here are some pictures of the one I'm working on. Same thing, just want to touch up a couple of spots.

So tank is it’s spot, tomorrow is wiring day. Have to run to Lowe’s early tomorrow morning to get my cabinets and hopefully by the end of the day the wiring is done. I’ve already started a little bit, but no where close.

After finally deciding what to use for a cabinet I like the choice. Obviously it will look better with the doors on but the height worked out perfect. First step of wiring done.

Well I didn’t get all the wiring done but I got a big chunk of it done. I got some of the bigger steps out of the way. Great progress for a day.

I like the scape a lot more once it was in the tank. It’s essentially 4 large pieces so I can adjust some if needed.

So has of Monday the tank is up and running. I have started the cycle using red sea mature kit, well see how it goes with that.
