by the irregular shaping of the band and the misbar, ORA would sell that as a snowflake. (in fact i'm willing to bet that is an ORA clown.)
this image is a standard this is an ORA snowflake (as you can see I borrowed the image from https://www.orafarm.com/product/snowflake-clownfish/

personally I like standard clowns not all the morphs that have been bred, but to each their own.

How long should I wait until I add more fish? Also when should I do a water change. I'm new and I am terrified of my fish dying

theres two trains of thought on when to add more fish, both in my own head,
first, sooner is better than later clowns are extremely territorial once they have claimed territory. second, slow and steady in this hobby, usually a 2-3 week grace period between fishes to allow your tank to start adjusting to new inhabitants, provided your water tests clear at the end of that period, if not wait longer.
