Depending on the size of the fish, that might be too much for easy nitrate control.

Same here, I reckon take 3 fish out and problem solved. seven fish for 130 liters is quite a bit of a bio load IMO.

How are the nutrient levels? You can make a DIY version of NOPOX if you want to try going back to the old formula:
