Acan flow
Hey all, I'm about 5 months re-into reefkeeping after being out for about 12 years.
After taking my time with letting the tank mature and keeping levels stable I've got a few new LPS & softies going on. Grabbed my first little acan colony and am wondering about the flow. Today is day 2 after acclimation on Saturday and they're looking well. Photos attached of acclimation day1 and today. Included a video to show what they're dealing with. Thanks for any input you can offer. Day1 Day3 Video https://streamable.com/2frei Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk |

Low to medium flow is best. I have a pretty high pulse on my tank and it loves it.

I find my acans aren’t to picky with flow. They don’t like to get blasted but they can handle more flow then some other lps like euphylia. U will be able to tell if they aren’t happy because they won’t open as much as they should.

Some day's I do high flow other days really low flow. I have Acan's, Lobophylia, Euphylia, Duncan all thriving. Mother nature never gives the same flow every day so I try to do the same..
