MP40 control fell in water

My MP 40 contol fell into my top off resevior overnight, pretty sure its fried. Can I purchase a new motherboard, maybe the quiet drive upgrade, and just replace the board? Any thoughts?

I think that you should be able to unless other components were damaged during the mishap.

Absolutely,

If you take apart the white driver you will see that there's a connector. All you have to do is purchase the QD driver. I would assume that the wireless capability in your driver fried as well, which means you will have to purchase the $120 option.

But to be on the safe side call Ecotech and give them your MP40 model and they can get you set up with the right components.

Just looked thru my 'parts bin' and I have an extra MP40 control and dry side, if that's what you need... PM your address to me and I'll send it to you to see if it is the problem.
