Air bubble under skin or worst?
Her is a pic of an Engineer Goby I have in my tank. I bought it at the store and when I put it in the tank I realized it had what appeared to be an air bubble under its skin. Thought it may have expanded when shipped on an airplane. Well now the bubble as become about 1.5 x the original size in a month and it has what appears to be 3 "whiteheads" in it that I never noticed before. Anyone have an clue if this is something that I should worry about?

Where is doctor pimple popper when you need her. JK . Hopefully it is gas bubble . The only thing I would think otherwise is it’s maybe a parasite and it s replicating and expanding . I try not to toss out ideas Willynilly but think of all the possibilities. Again hope it’s not a parasite .
