Regal angel TTM?

I've had my regal angel (indo variance) for about 3 years now, however im in the process of moving tanks and I was wondering what your guys/gals opinions are on TTM on a regal angel? The tank had ich before but since the move the tank has been bleached/dried completely. The regal has never shown any signs of ich but I know he has it because my yellow tang had a break out in the DT before. I've done TTM before just not on a sensitive fish like a regal angel. Thoughts? I would hate to lose him, by far my favorite fish.

By the way the fish is super healthy, eats anything 2x daily, mainly clams and nori. I'm just not sure on how it will react in a bare 10g tank with pvc elbows, its been in a 400g reef since its been with me.

If you have had the Regal 3 years now, it should be fine. It could go on a hunger strike for the 12 days and still be fine.
