BRS Fiji rock, phosphate issues?
In the process of setting up a small Nano tank and needing rock now.
I'm stuck between BRS Fiji rock or ReefSaver. I know the ReefSaver rock doesn't have the phosphate issues like pukani does. But does the Fiji have that same problem? |

I went with live rock (purchased from local guy through RC 3+ years ago) for my 75 and never regretted it. Went with Marco dry rock for my 180 2 years ago and have been battling GHA growth on rocks for more than a year now. If I were starting a new tank, I'd seriously consider live rock, despite the expense.

Our Marco rock exploded with GHA after about a year and a half.
Rock was acid bathed and then cured for 6 months. Just skimming super wet now, removing manually and carbon dosing now. Hopefully it'll go away
