My SPS forest growout phase

Well I couldnt stay away forever so its back to keeping SPS. Tank has been up and running since end of April 2017. I also have a clownfish broodstock tank hooked into the system and my Lightning Maroon pair and Black Ice clownfish pair have started spawning. Couple more spawns and I will attempt to raise the fry.

I love your tank! Great video.

I wasn't sure Anthias would adapt to bright light conditions so well. They are beautiful.

My tank is two weeks old - when will that horrible brown dino algae go away? I can't wait to get the nice purple coraline algae again.

We havent tried to raise anymore clownfish, just takes up to much time for me right now. But we have raised some of the ones we hatched. We gave some away and we put a bunch in our main display. My daughter is not that interested anymore so I will probably sell the spawning pairs.
Here is a video of some of the ones we raised.

Tank is now a year old and has had its ups and downs along the way. I have made a few changes over the last few months which have increased the overall health of the system tremendously.
