Inside Overflow Box
Can someone tell me what the adjustable plate inside the overflow box is used for? I can't believe I never noticed this

Inside Overflow Box
For the first time in as long as I had the tank it lost its siphon. No clog. Not sure what happened. That's why I was asking.
