Virtual outlets

How do you create virtual outlets/timers on the Apex?

I looked in the manual, but only found references on how to work an outlet based on timer status.

Add a module with the number of outlets you want to add (e.g., LunarSim, DC4, DC8, etc) and then change the name and programming as appropriate. I usually use an address out of the way in case I ever want to install a real one (e.g., P01).
