New tank overflow noise problem

So I just got a 95 gallon tank delivered yesterday which was installed by the local lfs. (So this is not a do it yourself...but I need to fix the problem myself). The tank is drilled with 2 holes for the drain and 2 holes for the return.
Got the tank up and running and the tank is incredibly loud. I believe the noise is coming from the water going down the drains and the water falling into the overflow.
I have attached a photo of the inside of the overflow.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to correct this problem or please ask if I need to provide more information. Please forgive me if I haven't used the correct terminology as I am very new to this.

I'm probably not qualified to help, but I'll try anyway. When I set my new aquarium up a few months ago, I was surprised and disappointed at the amount of noise coming from my overflow and return pump. As the system breaks in, it is getting noticeably quieter. Maybe you'll have the same experience?

Looks like your missing a couple pipes, Search Herbie drain setups and compare.

Depending on some details not stated I would actually think about doing a bean animal setup vs herbie by converting one of the returns to the emergency drain..

What Smokey said. You shouldn’t have that waterfall over the side of the overflow.

You need to have 2 more pipes inside the overflow box to raise the water level way up & reduce the drop.
With 4 holes I would opt for the Bean Animal style drain & 1 return line.
If that doesn't work there are other options.

I will try to post a picture of the sump when I get home.

So I'm doing a little research on what everyone has posted. The pipes are 1 inch in diameter, and I'm trying to decide between the durso and a Herbie. Seems the durso is the more simple option compared to the Herbie and possibly a little safer because it's based on gravity. Is there advantages to a Herbie that make it a much stronger choice over the durso?
Alsoi have 2 drain pipes, can you have 2 durso pipes?

The Herbie is very simple, Once you get your hands on it and see how easy adjusting/tuning the siphon works, You'll see. It will be totally silent, No gurgling or air sucking sounds like a durso and good flow from the full siphon.

Set it up with a syphon drain, whether u go with a herbie or a beananimal like mcgyver mentioned. Personally, I wouldn’t setup a tank without using a syphon drain & particularly a beananimal drain. If u want it quiet u need a syphon drain. With 1” plumbing u will have to have very little flow for a durso to be close to quiet.

Does the drain pipe going to the sump have a valve on it? If it does it will be simple to do a syphon drain & is probably what they set it up for. Even if u have to add a valve it still wouldn’t be to difficult.
