6040 controller

I bought a nanostream 6040 last June and the controller stopped functioning. Lights blink uncontrollably and the pump stopped running. Where can I get a replacement?

Thanks

Have you tried just disassembling and cleaning the pump? The controller will blink if there is an overload from a bad pump or jammed pump or failing power supply. That makes it difficult to diagnose where the issue is without getting it back to test.

Yes, I have cleaned the pump thoroughly. I'll try switching power supplies.

Roger, how do I order a new power supply? The problem comes and goes. It works for a few weeks then stops.

Did you find something with the power supply like water damage? I would not be so sure it is the power supply, usually this will be the motor or controller and the power supply is only shutting down from an overload. I would send it in for repair, my apologies for the late reply I was at MACNA. Just include a note with return address and phone number.
