Tunze power setup

I now use 2x Tunze 6095 and 2x Tunze 6055 in my tank. All pumps have a controller with 20% to 100% scale. 6095 pumps out 2000 up to 9500l/h at 100% and 6055 1000 up to 5500 l/h.

Does that mean at 20% power 6095 pumps 2000 l/h so i can calculate the flow according to 20% to 100% scale? Somewhere in the middle this pumps flow is around 6000 l/h?

I also notice that in pulse mode couple of pumps shakes a little bit when pulse kicks in. Normal, i guess?

Both 6095 are new. They produce noticeable humming sound. Do you recommend to run them without pulse for a week or two? I run them on 50% now without pulse (one notch left of the middle in a scale since i understand the middle on controller is 60% power).

Such a calculation is close but not exact but close enough for the purposes. It is giving the pump 20% electricity and the flow curve is not exactly linear but again it is very close.

This is up to you, if the noise bothers you let them break in at a constant speed. The less wide the pulse is the less noise there will be so for example 40%-80% will be less than 20%-100%.
