Af build on the guide they tell u to use it evrey other day but on the instraction inside the box they rell you evrey day. Can you please let me know if i use it evrey other day or daily?

I use it with E and dosing alternate to AF AV. Hope it helps.

It depends of corals cast.
Better to use every other day.
